These terms apply when you use the website at proteomsolutions.com. In these terms, “Proteom Solutions”, “we” and “us” mean Proteom Solutions Pty Ltd, and “you” means anyone using the website.

1.1 This website is run by Proteom Solutions Pty Ltd, a process and product consultancy based in Queensland, Australia.
1.2 By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
2. General information only
2.1 The content on this website is general information about our business and services. It isn’t advice for your situation, and you shouldn’t rely on it as if it were.
2.2 We take reasonable care with the content, but we don’t promise that it is complete, accurate or current.
2.3 Any work we do for you is covered by a separate written agreement, which sets out the scope, fees and terms of that work. These terms don’t form part of that agreement.
3. Enquiries and conversations
3.1 Sending us a message or booking a time with us doesn’t create an engagement, and doesn’t oblige you or us to do anything further. We start work only once we have both agreed it in writing.
3.2 An introductory conversation is a chance to understand your situation and explain how we might help. Anything we say in it is general, not advice you should rely on.
3.3 Please don’t send us confidential information through the website, or before we have agreed confidentiality terms with you. If a conversation needs confidential information, we’ll agree how it will be protected first.
3.4 Our booking page is provided by one of our service providers. Its own terms may also apply when you use it.
4. Using this website
4.1 Please use the website lawfully. In particular, don’t:
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website or the systems behind it;
- interfere with how the website works, or overload it;
- send anything through the website that is unlawful, harmful or misleading; or
- send someone else’s personal information without their permission.

5.1 The text, design, logo and other material on this website belong to us or to the people who have licensed them to us.
5.2 You may view, download and print pages for your own reference. Please don’t copy, change or republish the material, or use our name or logo, without our written permission.

6.1 Where we link to other websites, we do so for convenience. We don’t control those websites, and we aren’t responsible for their content or for how they handle your information.

7.1 Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that can’t lawfully be excluded, restricted or changed.
7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, and to the extent the law allows:
- we aren’t liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the website or your reliance on its content; and
- we don’t promise that the website will always be available, or free of errors or viruses.

10.1 These terms are governed by the law of Queensland. You and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland and the courts that hear appeals from them.
